Gravel Pack Pumping
Langrange Engineering offers Gravel Pack Pumping services designed to enhance sand control and maintain well integrity in challenging reservoir conditions. Gravel packing involves pumping specially sized gravel into the wellbore to create a barrier that prevents sand from entering the production tubing, thus protecting the well's equipment and sustaining flow rates over time. Our gravel pack solutions are tailored to meet specific well conditions, ensuring efficient sand management, reduced downtime, and maximized production efficiency.
Langrange’s experienced team uses advanced pumping technology and precise gravel placement techniques to deliver reliable, long-lasting sand control in both onshore and offshore environments. With a commitment to safety and well longevity, our gravel pack pumping service is a key component in supporting stable, high-quality production for our clients.
Sand Control with Langrange Engineering
What is Sand Control?
In many oil and gas wells, formation sand and fine particles are produced along with the flow of hydrocarbons. These materials accumulate in the wellbore, ultimately blocking production and causing wear through erosion and corrosion on surface equipment.
Langrange Engineering’s sand control solutions include the installation of a cylindrical screen from the packer to the base of the perforations, with frac sand carefully injected between this screen and the production casing. This setup stabilizes the formation and prevents sand from entering the wellbore.
Through precise lab testing, we determine the optimal screen and sand grain sizes for each well to ensure effective sand control. With industry-leading equipment, expertise, and materials, Langrange delivers a seamless gravel pack treatment that minimizes production losses and eliminates sand-related issues, supporting a steady and efficient production flow.
